How to switch from checking to CC on paypal?

I can't seem to find this function.
I want to pay Craig via CC thru paypal for next group sub.
Any help is appreciated.

    There is a link that says "other types of funding" or something like that. If you have a
    balance you must withdraw it first though or it automaticaly uses it first

    They do make the link very hard to find.

    I must not be looking as I don't think i ever saw
    "change funding options" or something to that extent.
    I do have a CC on file with them.

    Does this link appear right before you're about to make a payment?

    Question : How do I use my credit or debit card to make a PayPal payment?
    Answer : You can choose your credit or debit card as your payment methods when you send a PayPal payment. Click the Change link when sending a payment.

    Note: If there is enough money in your PayPal balance to cover the payment, you cannot use your credit or debit card as a payment method for that payment.

    If you do not have a PayPal account, you can enter your credit or debit card information during the checkout process to complete the payment.
