1960 Topps Tatoos?

Hello,
I purchased the attached Tatto wrapper on the bay sometime ago and have a few questions I hope someone can help me with.
If this was used as a wrapper for a piece of gum why does mine have no fold lines(Unused, proof, fake etc??)?
Am I correct that this is a 1960 Topps Tatto Wrapper or...?
Thanks,
Tim

    Here is the '60 pack

    image

And the 3 '64 packs. Note the one is labled as '60, but is actually '64

  • Thanks a Lot for the information.
So one style wrapper for 60 and three colors for 64.

Correct. '60s are very easy, '64's encountered less often, and the red one is the toughest.
    I'd guess unopened '60 packs at about $25, '64's about 4x that.
I doubt it would be worth faking wrappers of any, I"m reasonably sure yours is real.
