I have two 1980 OPC baseball racks which contains four individually wrapped wax packs in a mylar sleeve and a header card. Intersting that in the U.S. Topps made wax racks in 1980 with 3 packs but with OPC they included four wax packs for some reason..
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

OPC always seemed to but less cards in each pack. Probably a way of evening out the # of cards with the American counterpart.
i'll try to remember to pull it out of storage this weekend and get a picture of it (i bought it at one of the old Fort Washington, PA shows in the early 1990's)

I would think that the '84T Sugarless Gum Racks were designed to sell at grocery stores to appeal to mothers (just a thought); I just haven't seen any before and was curious what others may know.....
