Also, the A. Gonzalez Heritage "Rangers" Varitation was ignored.
Seems like bad Customer Service to me.

he had no major league experience so I don't think that is an error..
It's a pretty hard error to find.
I emailed the pictures to them, and also asked what they suggest for the future.
So we will see

All most everytime I send in a submission I'm sending back 1 or 2 cards that have been misidentified.
They want you to submit those cards on a separate submission form labled "Mechanical Error" - I usually write on the form what the mistake was. You don't have to pay for return shipping.

"IN order for a variety/error to be listed it has to be listed in the catalog that way. If it is not listed by the manufactuer in the catalog we will not recognize it. The catalogs that I am referring to are but out by the manucacturers and Beckett."
Obvousily the Welch error is listed in every publication. I haven't check the lastest Beckett, so can someone confirm that for me ?
What is even more frustrating is that she totally didn't comment on my pictures, give any empathy, nor tell me what I should do from here. The above quote was the complete email that I recieved. I emailed back that the error does apprear in these publications and was labeled on the submission form as an error and PSA put "correct".
I will let you know how it turns out.

Just call them up, tell them that they mis-labeld a card "correct" instead of "error" and they'll tell you to send it in as a "mechanical error" for reholdering.
