SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- A man has been arrested in Scottsdale on suspicion he offered gold coins for sale on eBay but would not deliver the product, police said.
Kenneth Zwolinski, 50, was booked into jail on five five fraud-related and three theft-related charges, Scottsdale police said.
Zwolinski is accused of pocketing $55,000 from eight different out-of-state victims since July 2007, officers said.
Scottsdale police had attempted to find Zwolinski at a number of places throughout the Valley with no luck.
On Friday night, police conducted a surveillance operation at his home and found he was there. They took Zwolinski into custody without incident.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Police arrested a man who allegedly ran a fraudulent scheme on eBay, according to a Monday report.
Kenneth Zwolinski, 50, was wanted in connection with a scheme that included claims he offered gold coins for sale on eBay but would not deliver the product, according to the Scottsdale Police Department.
Zwolinski was reportedly tied to eight different victims, who lived out of state, since July of 2007. Their losses totaled $55,000, according to police.
Police said they had attempted to find Zwolinski at numerous locations throughout the Valley, including his main residence in Scottsdale.
On Friday night, surveillance at his residence was successful in finding Zwolinski and police took him into custody around 8:30 p.m.
Zwolinski was booked on 5 Fraud related and 3 Theft related charges.

I was wondering the same thing, my lone eBay negative came from a seller in AZ, and not long after I received it I was contacted by another member asking if I wanted to become party to a criminal complaint he was filing against the seller.
