Freaking Burgundy went to a card show this weekend and picked up some more raw stuff........

I didn't buy a lot this weekend. Went for quality instead of quantity, but made some nice progress on my sets.

I love those cards. The '52s are amazing. I saw a '52 Mathews yesterday at the Seattle show that I keep seeing in my head. Pure white borders and well centered that the guy wanted $800 for. Oh how I wish I wasn't soo poor. I'll just drool over the cards you post Ron. Take care

Dang, those are some nice '52s! Who still owns '52s that nice and doesn't slab them before selling them? Thier loss is your gain!

Holy wow Ron. Those are some beauts! Those 52's are just unbelievable but that Connie Ryan is just amazing. The color on the other 52's seem to be just slightly more muted than the Ryan. It just POPS. If I was going for a type example of the 52 set that Ryan would be the one. Just amazing.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

Thanks guys. The Ryan is a really nice card, I agree. It and the Torgeson are about equal to each other. I almost passed over it because I already have a nice one, but anytime you find crisp 52's, you buy them. I did buy about 10 other 52's that are not this nice to fill in the 1-310 run I'm working on.
