question about local auction items: 1962 Post mantle and 1921 caramel cards

These are items in a local auction. I was wondering what I might expect to pay for these.

Is the post mantle worth more in the book or PSA graded?

The mantle is worth more graded.. but as someone who has graded several.. you will find.. the mantle probably has a slight wrinkle or more..
keeping the grade from psa 3-5
the mag sells on ebay from $60-$100
