First 2008-P Dime received in change today

in U.S. Coin Forum
I live on the East coast and I see mostly Philadelphia coinage. I usually will find new cents, nicels, dimes, and quarters by June of the year minted, but I haven't been able to find any 2008-P dimes until now. What gives?

Also, I have yet to find a 2009 example of any denomination...

    Same here! Live & work around Philly, and not an 08 or 09 to be found........................... And if one does, it's always of inferior quality to the Denver Mint............image
