What is the numismatic name.......

What's this plugged mint mark called? I found it in my change, and couldn't see the mint mark until I had a magnifier. Haven't seen one like this before. Thanks...........

Edited to add: I noticed the G in God after posting.
Under 30X, it took place at the mint as well. The letter was
not properly formed when it struck this penny.
The reverse has the first letter of AMERICA filled in as well.........just old dies??

It's a die chip by any other name.
