Mrs. IGWT looked at my teetering pile of Stack's catalogues . . .

. . . and said that they're aptly named. She's pretty clever.

I had 2 5-foot stacks in the garage and pulled the trigger recently - off to the recycler they went. Anything major was retained, and there weren't too many of those. image

  • Being older than you, Lou, I have a longer story. I saved and saved. In the end, about 30 years worth of every coin auction cat---Coin World Mag---hunting mags. You name it---I kept it. Finally, when I retired, I realized that I would "NEVER" read the stuff----ever again. It took me hours and hours to tie them together. Then drag them down from the attic to the 8 foot bed pickup. In total, I recycled 2 complete truckloads of the paper.

I try now to not let the stuff accumulate more than 2 years now. It is no point in it as, even with time on my hands, I don't go back and reread anything. If I need anything, I can find it somewhere else. Bob [supertooth]
