I expect he's referring to the Authoritative Reference on Eisenhower Dollars which recently (within the past year or so) had a second edition released and is usually available at most major coin shows.
If thats what he's referring to, I wish him luck in interpreting it. IMO, there are not enough definitive photo's to accurately attribute a lot of the coins in that book. I look forward to something a bit more conclusive and less cluttered although I have not heard of anything on the horizon.

Well yes, it does take some intelligence to read the book and
understand it. However, I guess some folks got it and some
folks just don't got it.
