Some Mint statements make me go HUH?

Below is a statement from the US Mint. Now I am sure I am wrong but if all blanks are being allocated to the "American Eagle Silver Bullion Coin Program" why is there a suspension of the program? Could someone fill me in as to where I am going wrong here?

Production of United States Mint American Eagle Silver Proof and Uncirculated Coins has been temporarily suspended because of unprecedented demand for ------->American Eagle Silver Bullion Coins<--------. Currently, all available silver bullion blanks are being allocated to the ----->American Eagle Silver Bullion Coin Program<--------, as the United States Mint is required by Public Law 99-61 to produce these coins “in quantities sufficient to meet public demand . . . .”

The United States Mint will resume the American Eagle Silver Proof and Uncirculated Coin Programs once sufficient inventories of silver bullion blanks can be acquired to meet market demand for all three American Eagle Silver Coin products.

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide, then question the manner in which I provide it. I prefer you said thank you, and went on your way, Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon, and stand to post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to!

There are no gold issues nor platinum issues either.

And notice that there is not even an explanation as to why the plats are unavailable.

Two different programs even though they are the same coin.

Proofs and Burnished Uncirculated (W-Mint) coins are in the collector's program, which is done at the US Mint's discression, while all other SAE's are in the bullion program, which is governed by law.

Start writing to each of the major purchaser's to stop ordering so damn many bullion coins and perhaps the US Mint could find a few to allocate to the collector's program!

The dealers should be listed on the web site.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
