Sure looks like a shill to me. 100% bidding with that seller only, on 12 items. One feedback. Not looking good.

Ask them why the coin has been listed again.

May be there is a reason their eBay name is fortunesfollies2

Anyways I asked if this is the same coin that they sold on Sunday; have to see how they respond.

Underbidders do not always respond to "Second Chance Offers" since their under bid usually represent the "most" they would have paid for the coin and NOT what they "wanted" to pay for the coin.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The name is LEE!

The winning bidder of the first auction did only have a feedback rating of "1".image

I think it's more than that. Once they find out the winner didn't go thru they wonder if there is something wrong they missed.

Also, some sellers don't do second chance offers and buyers can opt out of second chance offers. Next time you sell something click on "send an second chance offer" and not all the underbidders will be listed. --Jerry

Here is the sellers responce to my question about this being the same coin that ended Sunday:

    "Dear garsmith,

Hi, Yes it is. the stupid buyer said he didnt want the coin after the sale ended. A real nice guy. I have blocked him from bidding on any more of my sales so at least it wont happen again.
    Mitch"

So I have asked him for the bidders name so I can block them too, if they provide a name I will add it to the thread.

Thank you for the info. Soo my Assumption was correct that the Winner would'nt Pay. Well if nothing else, we will hopefully have a new bidder for our blocked List. Please keep us informed, Ray in Florida..

Ok, here is the poop on who the buyer was, just in case you want to add them to your blocked bidders list
