WTB-Stamps under face

Hello,
Doubt this will be read since this forum contains no other threads however I'm looking to purchased postage stamps below face value that I can still use. I see stamps sell all the time for as little as 25% under face on eBay so Thought I'd ask. I ship lots of items and thought it would be a good way to save some cash on the ever increasing postage costs. Don't care what denom or design they are as long as they are still usable. I wouldn't want hundreds of 1-5 cent stamps however unless they were super cheap
