what is it called when .......

I was coining through a brick of pennies and came across a 1977 nice lincoln cent that was struck over bye a larger denomination coin . I think it is called " struck over " right ? I can see the image a the reverse of another coin just not sure what coin it is .
If you can't understand what I am saying , Don't ask me . I don't know myself

    A coin can be overstruck (made into an overstrike) by the die(s) of another coin or medal, but can only receive an "impression" from another (e.g., larger denomination) coin.

    You can also accomplish this at home with the aid of another coin and a hammer with a keen eye!

    Check and see if any images are mirrored. If so, its homemade.
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
