SMR isn't the best way to guage prices for '52 Mantles. It would serve you better to ask for VCP prices which tend to be a bit more accurate and up-to-date, since VCP tracks recent/past eBay & auction house sales.
Also, you have to take into consideration the looks of the card; thus, all PSA 4's do NOT have the say eye appeal.
And here's a PSA 5.5 that I don't expect to be on the market too much longer with a $20,995 BIN-BO. Someone will be picking this card up for around $19,000 (maybe less!) which is a steal. The buyer will make lots of money in a few years off that card!

Here's a PSA 2 that sold for $6,500.
