Last time I sent to him I addressed the letter to the CUBS C/O Billy Williams

Billy Williams is their Senior Advisor. I got my autograph back in 2 weeks. That was 4 years ago.

The Cubs is your best shot. He doesn't sign often, but you might get lucky.

I also know Phil Niekro only signs 1-2 pieces of mail he received each week. I got lucky I have a 1988 Topps card signed by Phil and Joe.
