anybody know about a govt issued 1992 unc silver eagle issued in a green box?

Figured this would be the place for quickest infor. Has govt insert with information. box is like all the mint issued boxes except it is green. no outside box. any information appreciated

    No such animal; the Mint didn't issue unc SAEs, other than as bullion in tubes, until 2006.

    I think I've seen these before. Not actually a Govt issue, I think they were selling them in some banks in Wmass.
