I picked up a massive collection today. SCANS ADDED..............

48-55 Bowman. Complete sets of 53 Color (sans Mantle), 54 Bowman, and 55 Bowman.

51 Topps Redback set

51 Topps Teams set.

52 Topps partial set. 80% of the low numbers 1-310.

53 Topps complete set.

59 Topps complete set sans one card (Killebrew).

Scans will follow all weekend. Some of this stuff is pretty nice, not super high grade but solid, solid cards.

I heard about an older gentleman about 200 miles from me who had all of these. His boyhood collection, mainly.

Joseph - I doubt I'll piece these sets out, except for the dupes of the 52 Topps. The 48-52 Bowmans are not sets, however, so I'll have single cards available there. I already sold the 55 Bowman and 51 Red Back set. Everything except the Topps Teams set and some of the 52's will be up for sale.

    Ron,

I have been thinking about starting a 52 set.

Your dupes might make a nice starter for me. I am looking for stuff in a 3-5 grade. Are these in that range?

Let me know what you've got and maybe we can work something out.

    Thanks

Ron- I'm 17 short on 1-310 in the '52 set. I know you're getting barraged with requests so I'm throwing my name in the hat. Thanks. Doug

    Awesome pick up.

Hope I'm wrong but the Spahn looks trimmed..
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

I have to agree with stown. A lot of the cards looked trimmed to me.

wow the bowman color cards are amazing. the mantle would probaly grade a 3 to 5. the mays is really nice. the color of all of the bowmans make them look like it was yesterday that those guys were playing.

They're all trimmed. I go and buy vintage trimmed collections for the fun of it.

Out of the cards scanned, the only one that's short is the '48 Feller, and I hesitated to include it in the scans.

Dave, there is no Yankees card in the 1951 Topps Teams set; only nine of the 16 teams are represented.
