WTB: Higher grade Bust/seated coins that are heavily cleaned/whizzed/polished & priced accordi

High grade as in XF-AU-MS, but have surface problems like heavy cleaning, whizzed, polished, AT, environmental damage, etc.... Also coins which have up to moderate damage considered if they are also high grade. Ideally, these would be coins which would priced at a small fraction of book value due to their problems.
