Fire Sale (MUST SELL QUICKLY): 1811 CBH AU50-, 1810 CBH EF-45- ($375 each)

I am watching a couple items on eBay that I'd like to pick up, but cash has been tighter than normal lately.
I'd like to sell these two CBH's as quickly as possible, so if you think my prices are too high, just PM me an offer and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
(No reasonable offer will be refused!)
I will accept Check, MO, and PayPal (+3%); 3 day return policy.
I NEED TO SELL THESE NOW! (or within the next 10-12 hours
)
(P.S. I also have a 1814 E/A (raw) EF-40 details, but with a distracting contact mark in the field and a light cleaning (extremely few hairlines but surfaces make it apparent) which would get bb-ed; contact me with an offer if interested - will get pics if interested)
1811 CBH (raw): I grade AU-50-. Nice amount of Luster and Detail for this often weakly struck variety. A couple tiny/light slide marks on the cheek noted for accuracy.
I would bet this would slab as a 50 or 45 at the least, but likely not better than a 50.
Sorry about the slightly fuzzy pics, I didn't have time to set up my camera properly, so I free-handed it; there's a lot more luster than the pics show.
Asking: $375 (OBO)

1810 CBH (raw): I grade EF-45-. The photo makes the coin look a lot lighter than it is in person. It has a nice light-grey skin on each side, and totally mark free.
It may have had a light dipping in the past (not by me), but there is still a decent amount of underlying luster left. (no hairlines either)
This coin should be able to be slabbed (IMO- it's a solid 45) as I don't feel the supposed "dipping" harmed the overall appearance of the coin.
