They both appear to have been dipped, (hard to tell without looking at them in hand in bright sunlight), but if you are askling whether they will pass muster with PCGS or NGC, I'd say you have about a 50/50 shot. It looks like they both still cartwheel, so that is going for you, but I had a 50 centavo with excellent cartwheel bagged as cleaned last year.
