May review grading special?

Can someone explain to me how the May review special works? If I am reading it correctly it is just half price of the regular grading fee. For example if I had 5 cards that I wanted to review and they were valued under $100 which would fall into the $14 sub. So, with the special I would be paying $7 per card to have them review it. Am I reading this correctly?

No, specials can not be combined.
If you sent them in under Regular Service the cost would be $7.50 per card, half of $15.00
If you sent them under express the cost would be $17.50, half of $35.
When you guys have questions about specials call customer service so you don't risk the order being delayed.
