PSA DNA Slabbing Questions

Maybe someone here can answer a few questions for me.

If I have an autograph card that has a full PSA letter with it, can I get it slabbed?

Will I get the letter back with the autograph?

How much does it cost to have this done?

Do I have to be a PSA member to get this done?

Looking for Carl Willey items.

    You can get it encapsulated, with the blue PSA/DNA label, for $10 with a full PSA/DNA LOA/COA.

    You will need to send the LOA/COA in with the card. Once encapsulated, the label acts as the letter, it would not be returned.

    You do not need to be a member to get this done.

    You can download a submission form from the submission center on PSA/DNA.
