1975 Topps variation question

I have noticed in the PSA population report for 1975 Topps that there are two #82s. One is Pat Kelly and one is the Mets Team. I assume this is an error/variation. The card is supposed to be Pat Kelly. Has anyone here seen or does anyone have the Mets card #'d 82?

Pat Kelly is card #82 and the NY Mets Team is card #421 ... no variations that I know of!

10 Willie Davis A- “Clouds” above head B- No clouds above head (print flaw?? Looks like missing ink, from part of name as well). Have seen above head “clouds” and read in upper right. Both?
366 Ken Sanders A- Lower left border Brown on front B- Lower left border Blackened on front
