2009 Puerto Rico die damage/marker, and a no mint mark

This die damage looks very similar to that found on the 1996-P quarters found by Tom Scott.
Have found a total of 16 of these from Philly rolls.

Note that the damage appears to go behind the turrent.

No mint on this Denver 2009 Puerto Rico. Greased fill die?

    not sure on the first one but the second one looks struck through grease.
