Using PayPal Shipping to Avoid 21 Day Hold Question?

I was bit by the new eBay policy so I shipped via USPS 2 Day Priority Mail by printing PayPal postage. Item is showing delivered in eBay Tracking but still is showing a status of "Shipped" in PayPal. When will it change to "Delivered" and when will the funds be released by PayPal?

    When the buyer leaves positive feedback or when you show paypal the DC as delivered.

    How do I "show" PayPal? Doesn't this happen automatically if I purchased USPS Priority Mail Postage through PayPal? In eBay the item shows "Delivered" in the tracking information but it still shows as "Shipped" in PayPal.

    I just called PayPal. Even though it is showing up as "Shipped" in PayPal, it has been Delivered as the eBay screen shows, and the 21 Day Hold is released after 3 days since delivery was confirmed.
