Shipping charges on Paypal wrong?

ANyone else notice that when you ship something through Paypal's system, it is charging an extra penny? Or is the USPS website incorrect?

    Mail rates went up yesterday by 2 cents.

    I know. But the rates on Paypal are a penny more than the new rates on the USPS website.

    I think for non-letters it went up more than 2 cents,I remember reading 1.22 instead of 1.17 1st oz

    Right. But for some reason, Paypal is charging $1.23.

    Is Paypal issuing the postage as 1.23? or 1.22 and charging you the extra penny?

    Sorry Ive never used paypal postage.

    Has the new postal rates affected all services; ie Priority, etc?

    I use the paypal postage, but never really look at the exact cents.
