Minor Stars vs. Semistars Masterlist

Can anyone explain the two categories "Minor Stars" and "Semistars". Is there a master list to know who would technically fall into these categories?

For example, I know Minnie Minoso had a nice playing career but is rarely itemized--yet he is not a "common." I believe he is considered a "Minor Star." If this is correct, would all of his cards (except RC) theoretically carry the higher "Semistar" market value?

OK Mike, point taken. I am going to limit *NEW* threads to 1/day (hobby related) and maybe 2 when the Pens are playing and I have few barley pops in me. This is my one for today....
