Question about 2003 Donruss/Molitor

My scanner is on the blink so I am unable to post a scan, but someone can probably help me without it. The Paul Molitor card #275 has the word "Sample" embossed on the back of the card where you typically would see 10/50 for example.

Can someone please tell me what that is?

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009.     Sounds like it may be a Beckett Sample card. They had one card stamped with the word "sample" of a Donruss/Playoff product in every issue for a couple of years.

    Definitely a Beckett baseball mag sample card. There was one per mag in 2003 for the upcoming releases. There was also variations based on color of the word "SAMPLE".
