Stolen coins in Va.

If anyone sees a Russian Timur leopard proof and Mongolia snow leopard proof coin , Eddie VII business strike coins and 1 french franc in any coin shops or pawnshops in the Tidewater area Newport News,Hampton, Norfolk, please shoot me a message. Unfortuneatly they were all raw. However: one of my pride and joys darkside treasures that went missing with the eddies is a Pcgs coin.
Brief description:
2 1902 golden toned florins
1 1902 shilling that is a light gray with an emerald green toning ring on the obverse edge.
1 set of1902 Edddie Maundy coins. The 1 and 2 pence are completelty toned in a greenish gold. The 3 pence is white with a few patches of brown as is the 4 pence.
my pride and joy 1 1899 french 1 franc PCGS 15285267/5006302
1 2000 Leopard of timur 3 rouble proof
1 1987 Mongolia snow leopard coin proof
THE EDDIE COINS ARE NOT RUN OF THE MILL. THEY ARE VERY HIGH END. The florins are 63,64. The shilling is a 63++ shot 64. The 1 and 2 pence are 66 maybe 67. The 3 and 4 pence are 63.
A police report was filed but I do not have alot of confidence in their doggedness as far as a real investigation goes.

I'm sorry to hear that. I suggest those browsing for similar items on ebay also keep an eye out, especially for the PCGS coin, since it is easily identifiable.

I hope these coins are recovered.

Since I keep an eye on the British offerings quite a bit, I will watch for the Edward VII pieces and let you know if something shows up.

Send a PM to ASUtodd (here on these boards), and also contact Numismatic Crimes dot Org

If you haven't yet, post this over on the "lightside".

Coinrookie, can you let us know the date they were stolen? That will help when looking at ebay listings...
