Are there any sets which have less than five coins [I recall year sets containing five coins are included in the Registry]?

Off the top of my head the 1922 w/o Gold set has 4 coins required and the 1933 w/o Gold set only requires 3... maybe I should have picked one of those instead of the 1909 set

Scavenger is correct. It is under "U.S. Coins - Private Issues & Territorial Gold - Philippines Half Centavo, Circulation Strikes (1903-1904)".
Here is the link. Currently, there are 12 sets registered with a finest possible set rating of 68.00, though the two highest rated sets are 67.50 and only one has both coins RED.
