Without better pictures I would say 63PL. If I had closer pictures and could see the surfaces better it might go 63DMPL. I will stick with 63PL.

Hard to get a read on the fields, especially the obverse, but what I see on the reverse looks like AU58 abraisions between the wreath and lettering. Looks PL, though, so I'll say AU58PL.
