ebay invoice help ( I am the seller )

I just sold 10 items to a buyer.. and the invoice is not letting me do them all together..
it is keeping one off.. I think it is something to do with auctiva.. is there a way around this??

    Good day,
    I get that every once in awhile, if you don't want to spend a lot of time dealing with it, (Which I don't), what I do is just send the second Invoice and put $0.00 in the shipping and it all works out.

    Just send him a Paypal invoice (from your paypal.com account) and note the eBay #.

    I actually.. added it to the ebay invoice in the +/- section and noted the other item #

    that should do it hopefully
