1887 PCGS MS61 Morgan VAM-1A Donkey Tail auction May 14th

I've been away from the boards for a while due to financial problems.

I have put my Donkey Tail up for auction in the Stacks auction May 14th and 15th in Atlanta GA to correct things and get back on track.

Anyone who's interested in bidding please see the link below.

On a side note I'll be attending the Atlanta show to watch the auction in person. I hope to finally meet some of my friends from PCGS and VAMworld boards.

Anyone planning on going to the Whitman show in ATL?

Paul

Edited to add photos:

Here are three different sets of photos that I have so you can compare.

Original sellers photos.
Background removed since seller uses same background for all auctions. I didnt do a great photoshop job removing background so what looks like rim hits are only my sloppy photoshop work.

My photos that I took for eBay auction. Resized to 500 pixels to match other photos.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with the job Stacks did with their photos.

I'll see your bunny with a pancake on his head and raise you a Siamese cat with a miniature pumpkin on his head.

You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.

    You're started.

That's a great coin; best of luck!
    When in doubt, don't.

What a great coin as I have told you. I would love to compare this 61 side by side with the top pop 62, lets see which is better. Hope it does well. Jim

Hope it goes to the moon. I have a nice AU58 that I picked so I've got a small dog in the hunt.

Realized $5,175 with the juice? Not bad for what would otherwise be a $30 coin without the VAM. Congratulations.
