Protocol re: Medals Tokens

Just what is the protocol here regarding posts about medals and tokens? I have been collecting such along with my commems but realize they are not "coins." How much is allowed, if any???

We post them on here all the time....really the only requirement is probably that they have some connection to the US and/or be listed in the Redbook.
