Re-imaging some of my toned Peace dollars with a Canon Rebel XSi

The recent outbreak of great toned Peace dollar threads motivated me finally to clean up the images of some of my favorite Peace dollars taken with my newish Canon Rebel XSi (aka EOS 450D) and Canon 100 mm macro lens. I generally light my subjects with two or three 50W Reveal floodlights. I've probably posted old images of most or all of these before; while I'm still not completely satisfied with some of them, I think they are generally improved. Here goes!

1922-D NGC MS62 -- I love the Crayola™ reverse:

1923 NGC MS66 -- IMO a great combination of luster, frost, and tone. Alas, I sold this a couple of months ago. image

1926 NGC MS64 -- I love the matte-like look of this coin and its subtle coloration (though the carbon spot on the reverse looks malignant!). I also am amazed that I got it from an eBay listing with an out-of-focus moonshot picture. The seller shipped it loose in an envelope to me. image

1927 NGC MS62 -- Baggy obverse, fiery reverse:

1928 NGC MS63 -- IMO original and attractive:
