'Rules' for returning damaged cards to Topps

I opened a case of 2008 Heritage High numbers and pulled about 250 cards with severe pack damage. Can somebody post the 'rules' and address for returns to Topps? Hopefully the time frame for returning these has not passed. I think it was a year.......

The Topps Company will be happy to replace any current-season, factory-produced defective products as long as supplies last. However, card-per-card replacement is limited to a total of 25 cards per submission.
