Ken griffey hologram card

I recently got a bunch of 90's baseball cards and in those I found a Ken Griffey Jr. Front Row Hologram Card,the problem is that there is no year that it is manufactored, Does anyone know the year that the card was made?
Hockey players wear numbers because you can't always identify the body with dental records. ~Author Unknown
