Does anyone know if PSA grades this card? Why is it so cheap. I see it on ebay usually sell for less than 5 bucks.. Its one of his early regular size cards. Thanks for any info

    I may be wrong, but I think BobS had 2 for sale last week on the BST board.

    I don't think PSA grades those. I believe that the first TW card they will grade is the 1998 Champions Of Golf Masters Collection card.

    It doesn't look like BGS grades them either. That is probably why they are so cheap since PSA and BGS won't grade them.
