Why isn't this set "weighted" yet?

    Probably because PCGS has not been attributing them for a long enough period of time to establish an accurately weighted value of each of the die pairs. Some of the 41 known die varieties (commons) still have very low pops., which is merely a consequence of a low volume of submissions of these.
