Help on this 1993 Ultra Commemorative Eckersley card

Does anyone have know anything about the 1993 Ultra Commemorative Dennis Eckersley card? It features him withe the CEO of Fleer. It may have just been a giveaway to dealers as it promotes the new Ultra set, but for some reason I seem to remember seeing somewhere that this one was much rarer than just a regular dealer giveaway. Anybody know anything on it?

Fleer Ultra really produced some of the nicest cards in the 90's. I think the 1992 set was a really landmark set.

Actually they quit the any footlong promotion yesterday. Now it's just a select few. At least the Subway that I frequent did.
