Using old submission forms question ?

Will PCGS reject them just because at the top of the submission says (Not valid after 12/31/08) even if the handling fee and shipping charges are corrected ? Thanks

Wayne, I bet they will, just make sure the new shipping rates and new handling fee (now 8.00 vs 5.00 past) are correct and you should be OK. Also, if you don't want the genuine holder thing let them know that too. Prob just easier to download a form though.

As long as you have the right pricing and don't request a service that no longer exists I would think you should be OK.

Of course you can't be sure until you call and ask.

You can use the old ones, but know that shipping rates have changed as well as the Service Charge is now $8. Online submission is very handy!

i recently ordered some PCGS products using their mail-in order form. About a week later i received an email stating the shipping charge was higher now since i had used an old form. i sent them an email back affirming they could charge my credit card for the extra few dollars than what i'd written on the form. i imagine the same scenario would play out when using old grading forms.
