Update - Just got a PCGS Grade on the 1921-S Thornhead VAM 1-B4A I posted a while back

I was the only bidder on this unattributed raw coin at the local B&M's bidboard last week. I picked up the coin today. I had spotted the main "thorn" and had bid on it, expecting it to be the more common 1B6, but when I got it home I found out it was a 1-4BA (die gouges through IB of PLURIBUS and NU of UNUM but polished down). You think it is worth getting slabbed?

Very nice pickup!!! Yes, it is worth it just to have it in plastic for the grade.

    Congrats!!!

It will look great in an AU53 PCGS slab!
