1960s Post Baseball and Football question

I recently received my dad's cards which contains many bb and fb Post cut cards from the early 1960s. My dad did a pretty decent job cutting them out. You can see black lines from the border on some cards and some you can't. There are some wavy cuts.

Should I trim them up more to get rid of the black border? Or how does PSA grade them? On some on ebay I see the black borders and some I don't.

Any have experience submitting these cards?

If the black borders are not entirely visible, PSA will only grade them as authentic.
