  • It's funny you had a Sanguillen card in the pack. I saw him at the gym today.
  • Nice centering and you at least got one good star out of it.

Very nice crisp looking cards. Is the Pete worth subbing?

Nice looking cards Mike....R u going to bring the Buckner card to one of your sports bars out there and throw some darts at it? lol

I guess u got the variation card...I don't see the ball going between his legs. lol

I would think Pete is an 8, which is worth subbing. Maybe I'll throw in Billy Buck for old time's sake.

  • A SOX fan has a Buckner card in the highlights? Must be too young to remember when a Sox World Series was something special.

Too old to hold a grudge. Besides, I have always blamed Gedman anyway.

yeah, seriously, people need to give up on the Buckner hate..... he never even should have SEEN that ground ball.....

Henderson??????? he got the Sox to the series!!!! just ask the late Donnie Moore, who's life just sank after that pitch.

    ho hum... ooooooold conversation....

btw- very nice pack! i honestly have never seen as many crisp, centered 1976s as i have in the past month or two from all these breaks! kinda giving me the itch! no cream for that! (eep?)

It was McNamara's fault for leaving Buckner in, should've had him pulled for defense before that inning.
Ironic that the Sox lost due to McNamara's under managing, and got in the Series due to Mauch's typical overmanaging, putting in Lucas and then Moore instead of leaving Witt in and winning the game and getting into the series.
