I rather like other stuff I see there, more of my collecting vernacular, but alas am sitting it outs since my collections should be there sometime soon.

I agree with you! That is either a juiced photo or it is very under graded. Either way, way out of my realm to try for a better grade! Even if it did upgrade, how would one find a buyer for the better grade or would it simply not matter at that level!??

hairlines are very tough to photograph on proof coins oftentimes, depending on the lighting. If it is graded 63, you can be sure it has some; a coin of this age with proof reflective fields is going to pick up some along the way.
