Sub Status - Received Hold

Does a submission status of Received Hold mean they have gotten it and it just hasn't started processing yet, or does the HOLD indicate a problem with the submission?

I sent my twelve freebies in, but did not include the voucher for the free subs, and I'm wondering if that's the issue.

    Definitely a booboo -- call customer service -- that will speed things up.

    Umm, yeah. I believe that's your problem right there.
    Better call them and tell them you'll be sending the voucher immediately.

    I realized that not submitting the voucher was probably the problem - just wanted to confirm. I had marked both the box and the submission sheet that these were the freebies - I was hoping maybe they'd see that and realize that I redeemed the voucher yet. I'll go ahead and contact customer service.
