UHR die polish marks what is max grade it can get?

I have a UHR coin that seems to have die polish streaks when light is positioned correctly. If submitted to PCGS, what is the highest grade one could expect? Can it still be a MS70????

70.. It's a common acceptable strike.. Good Luck.

Die polish lines are on purpose. It can receive the 70 grade because it is as minted and that is not post mint damage.
