ill start by saying my mets STINK.........join in with your sports critics thrashing. and after seeing nick swisher pitch for the yankees yesterday ....i expect joe girardi will be bagging groceries at shop rite next week.........

    Way too soon to be a critic of any team or conversely to be ecstatic about any team.

    yes, they suck they should be playing in the central division.

    I just read an interesting article on the subject of whether it's too soon to panic. For some teams (the Indians, Nationals, and Astros) it's apparently just the right time to panic since teams that started the season 1-6 during the past 25 years have only averaged 70.4 victories. Teams that are 2-5 have a little breathing room still, but not much. Since 1996, teams that started 2-5 have only made up 6.7% of the playoff slots.

    Great idea for a thread.

    Although I 100% believe there is no reason for any team to panic but there is always room to gripe!

    I fear the Rays are going to run away with the Division this year, I am not at all confident in our lineup.

    Lowell- Old and innefective or dare I say inconsistent?
    Drew- Total wimp with no heart
    SS- We dont have one
    Tek - Innefective with the bat
    Papi- Desperatly needs to get back on the juice

    We are sitting pretty at 1-6!

    Make everyone think it's a lost season and we'll just come roaring back.

    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
